I'm a hybrid athlete, fitness creator and coach based in Canada. My relationship with sport started young, and it's moved through competitive athletics, bodybuilding, strength training and distance running — landing where I train now: hybrid performance, built at the intersection of strength and endurance.
I don't create fitness content from the outside looking in. I live the process — the early runs, the heavy days, the recovery, the routines that hold it all together — and I document it as it happens.
Strength people, runners, and everyone building a more active life find something to follow here — because it's all one training life, not six separate niches.
Build the body.
Build the engine.
Train for more.
Stay in the process.
Consistency is built.
Build the life.
I don't just create fitness content — I set ambitious goals, document the process, and push past my comfort zone. Here are two challenges that shaped that mindset.
Creating content for brands that naturally belong in the fitness lifestyle.
Content comes directly from real training and lifestyle — not a script.
Strength, endurance and measurable progression sit at the center of everything I post.
My audience follows the journey, not just the finished result.
Fitness, running, motivation, routines and lifestyle create multiple natural entry points for a brand.
Products become part of the story rather than an interruption to it.
Footwear, apparel, technology
Gymwear, equipment, accessories
Protein, hydration, performance nutrition
Mobility, recovery, wellness
Products that fit an active life
Daily habits, structure, and consistency
I make content that feels native to the platform and authentic to the audience I've already built — not an ad dropped into a feed.
